Return & Refund Policy — Trip to Earth (Inquired Minds Inc.)

Thank you for shopping with Trip to Earth. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


  1. All Sales Are Final
    Due to the nature of our products, limited releases, and made-to-order production, all sales are final.
    We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
  2. Exceptions
    The only exceptions to our “All Sales Final” policy are:
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived with a manufacturing defect
  • The item arrived damaged during production (not carrier damage)
    These issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof sent to: support@triptoearth.com
  1. Manufacturing Defects
    If your product has a verified manufacturing defect, we will offer one of the following based on availability:
  • A replacement of the same item
  • Store credit equal to the value of the item
    Cash refunds are not provided for defect claims.

 

  1. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages (Carrier Related)
    Trip to Earth is not responsible for:
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages damaged by the carrier
    Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, liability is transferred to the carrier.
    Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for reimbursement.
  1. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
    Pre-order and custom items are produced specifically for you. These orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once production begins.
    Production timelines may vary.

 

  1. Sizing Issues
    Trip to Earth is not responsible for items that do not fit as expected.
    Please review all product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.
    No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sizing concerns.                                                             
  2. Returns Without Authorization
    Unauthorized returns (returns sent back without approval) will not be accepted or refunded.
    The package will be refused or returned to the sender at their expense.
