Thank you for shopping with Trip to Earth, a brand under Inquired Minds Inc. The following Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Times
All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Standard orders: 1–3 business days

Pre-order or made-to-order items: 7–21 business days (varies by product)
Orders placed after 5 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping speed.
Typical delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

Delivery delays may occur during holidays, high-volume seasons, or customs inspections.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping to the Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
If you entered the wrong address:
- Contact us immediately.
- If the order has not shipped, we will update the address.
- If the order has shipped, Trip to Earth is not responsible for lost packages or incorrect delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Trip to Earth is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement. -
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in product or shipping prices.
Customers are responsible for any fees charged at the border. Trip to Earth is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. -
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some Trip to Earth items are pre-order or made-to-order.
By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that production times may vary.
Shipping times begin after production is complete.
Cancellations are not allowed once production has begun. -
